Mercurio Messenger license agreement

Mercurio Messenger is distrubuted for free by its unique Author, Marco Era. This computer program is protected by copyright law and international treaties. Mercurio Messenger (program and service) is available for personal use. Users are not authorized to modify, copy, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, sell this program or any part of it.
Marco Era can suspend the service or retire the license at any time to any users, with or without forwarning. No user is authorized to use this service for illegal purposes or prohibited by this license. Users can't damage, deactivate, overload, weaken this service or the other users. Users accepts that they use the program to send and receive only messages and files that haven't redistributions restrictions. Users aren't obliged to type in their personal info and no info will be given to third parties; but our servers keep track of every connection time and IP addresses to locate eventually users that used the program for illegal purposes. Users must be careful not to provide personal info through this service; the Author doesn't control or approve any content, message or info exchanged through the service and declines any responsibility on its use: a user is the only responsible for his/her actions and use of the service. A user MUST immediately notify the Author with an email (mercurio@marcoera.com) for any unauthorized use of his/her own profile or misuse of the service which he/she's aware of. The Author provides only the program but he doesn't guarantee any form technical support. The Author is not responsible of any error in the program or service themselves but will make his best to correct any bugs signaled through the automatic report feature or by email.
Users accept to indemnify and keep the Author secure from any claim, request or damn included lawyer fees, deriving from the use of the service or the violation of the license by any other user. Users accept the broadcasting of advertises on the main window, which give essential proceeds to maintain the service; users are not requested any other burden. User can't use the service to publicize their products or events but they can contact the author and buy the advertise space available on the main window. The program is completely free; please use it in respect to the others users. Every abuse of violation of this license will involve the deletion of a user profile with no possibility to create a new one and, whether it's necessary, the operation of civil and penal authorities.
